1) 2 different types of recoil starters are used on the above same models. If there are 4 mounting bolts used on your Generac OEM recoil starter assembly, our product DOES NOT fit. Please double check the mounting pattern of your oem starter before you place an order with us. If you have any question, please contact with us for Tech Support.2) Our recoil starter assembly may look a little bit different from your OEM one; however, it does not affect fitting and performance of our product on your engine at all.

Warranty:
We warrant our PRODUCTS against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use and service for three (3) months from the original date of purchase. Please retain the dated invoice as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service.

Return:
If you are not satisfied with our items and want to return to us, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt before you arrange for return. We DO NOT accept any return without RMA number. Non-authorized returns will be refused and sent back to YOU at your cost. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges incurred. Shipping and handling fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
